You could throw a tennis ball into the gulf from these Siesta Key beachfront condos at Fisherman's Cove! Located on the island of Siesta Key off Sarasota, Florida, these vacation homes have the best of both worlds - the beach in front and the intercoastal and boat docks in back. We have six units, three spacious three bedroom/two bath units on the top floor (third), a two bedroom unit on the second floor, a two bedroom on the ground floor and a one bedroom unit on the top floor.  The one bedroom/one bath unit has a king size bed with en suite bathroom.  All of the two bedroom/two bath units have a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with two twin size beds. The three bedroom/two bath units have a king size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. Sunnyside Properties offers the only three bedroom units at Fisherman's Cove.  Large flat panel HD TVs, DVD and CD / Stereo are provided. We've even supplied a few movies and CDs.  Most units also have a Wii or xBox game console as well. All include fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.  All of our units have been renovated and are upscale and luxurious accommodations!

Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!!  Bring your boat or rent one after you get here.  Keep it right at the condo all week long.  (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site)

Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! Most of our units have a washer/dryer in the unit.  A laundry with washer / dryers is only steps down the walkway. Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando. Twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. Great restaurants and golf nearby. Its not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf from the lanai / patio.

Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets!

A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.
Other Fees:

Rental rates are based on 4 person occupancy for two bedroom and 6 person for three bedroom units. There is a $70.00 per week charge for each additional person.
Other Policies:

All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
