Located on Siesta Key just a few steps from Siesta Beach, Sundance Rentals is an affordable vacation spot! When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the World Famous Crescent Beach and a block to all the Siesta Key restaurants, pubs and shops in the village! There are four units at Sundance - (2) one bedroom apartments and (2) two bedroom apartments. The units can be combined through interior doors to create (2) three bedroom units as well.

This Siesta Key rental property was completely renovated a few years ago.  New carpet and tile throughout!  The bathrooms were all re-done.  The kitchen/living room areas have been opened up making it one large room.  The kitchens have all new appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc.  On the outside, both upstairs and downstairs balconies have been widened to extend the full width of the building!!!  The air conditioners in all four units have been recently replaced.  This Siesta Key vacation property has been thoroughly updated and feels brand new!!!

Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas (see photo below) and larger groups can combine units in both buildings!

Your Siesta Key apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! Each apartment has a private entrance. A laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests.
 

ONE BEDROOM UNITS:

The one bedroom units (1 bath) are approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room has cable TV and VCR (with some movies) and a CD player (with some CD's). We have even provided some games and books. The living room features either a sleeper sofa or futon so these units can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your Siesta Key vacation!

TWO BEDROOM UNITS:

The two bedroom units have two bathrooms and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins or a full size bed. These units also feature a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and cable TV, DVD and a CD player. Some movies, CD's and tapes will make entertaining your family easy.  For the kid in all of us, we've recently added an Xbox console and a couple games. 

THREE BEDROOM UNITS:

The three bedroom units are actually a two and one bedroom that combine through an interior connecting door to be a three bedroom/three bath unit with two kitchen and living areas.  Really nice!

• Unit A: 2 bedroom / 2 bath on the GROUND floor

• Unit B: 2 bedroom / 2 bath on the SECOND floor

• Unit C: 1 bedroom / 1 bath on the GROUND floor

• Unit D: 1 bedroom / 1 bath on the SECOND floor

• Unit A/C: 3 bedroom / 3 bath on the GROUND floor

• Unit B/D: 3 bedroom / 3 bath on the SECOND floor

A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.
