The one bedroom/one bath units (Units C & D) are approximately 600 square feet with a kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room has a flat panel LCD HD TV and DVD (with some movies) and a CD player (with some CD's). The bedroom also has a flat panel LCD HD TV. We have even provided some games and books. An xBox Game Console is also provided. The living room features a sleeper sofa so these units can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your Siesta Key vacation!
 

  TWO BEDROOM UNITS

The two bedroom/two bath units (Units A & B) and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins or a full size bed. These units also feature a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and 42" flat panel LCD HD TVs, DVD and a CD player. The bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD TV.  Some movies, CD's and tapes will make entertaining your family easy.  For the kid in all of us, we've recently added a Nintendo Wii Game console and games.  

 

  THREE BEDROOM UNITS

The three bedroom units are actually a two and one bedroom that combine through an interior connecting door to be a three bedroom/three bath unit with two kitchens and two living areas.  These unit have 5 flat panel LCD HD TV's and two game consoles (a Wii and an xBox).  Really nice!

  • Unit A: 2 bedroom / 2 bath on the GROUND floor

  • Unit B: 2 bedroom / 2 bath on the SECOND floor

  • Unit C: 1 bedroom / 1 bath on the GROUND floor

  • Unit D: 1 bedroom / 1 bath on the SECOND floor
